All final prices are between the Service Provider and the Customer.

Rates can be negotiated based on the following features, Vehicle Type, Book & Stay and Book & Return.

It is advised that prices should be confirmed before your trip begins.

  • Regular drive for up to 4 persons

  • Standard Rate Range (SRR)

    5km & under - $35 - $50 (Sedans)

    Over 5km- $4.00 - $4.50 per km (Sedans)

  • Select rides from 1 to 6 persons.

  • Standard Rate Range (SRR)

    5km & under - $70 - $80 (SUVs/MPVs)

    Over 5km- $5.00 per km (SUVs/MPVs)

Service Provider Screenings

All Service Providers are screened and must present a valid Police Certificate of Character, valid vehicle insurance, a valid driver’s permit along with additional documentation. Existing providers must consent to annual screenings.

Your Service Provider

Before getting into a ride always ensure that the vehicle matches the make, model, colour and license plate of the vehicle displayed when your ride confirmation is received. Ensure that the service provider’s photo and name are also verified.

Share your location

For additional safety, always share your live location and route with a friend so that they can follow along.

Emergency

The MyTripTT Rideshare & Mobility App has a built-in Emergency button so that anytime you feel unsafe you can immediately notify the relevant authorities.
